Less repetitive work, more time for the business

Many companies lose hours every week retyping data, sending the same emails and babysitting spreadsheets.

Before I propose a specific tool, I look at how the process actually runs in your company: what repeats, where mistakes appear and how much time it really takes. Only then can I pick automation that pays for itself.

Simpler automations (connecting a form to a CRM, issuing invoices automatically) I handle myself. Larger custom systems are delivered by my team at ONEXO.

What the service covers

  • Automation of sales and service processes
  • Integrations between tools (CRM, email, invoicing, payments)
  • Custom systems for one specific process in the company
  • Admin panels and internal tools
  • Automated reporting and notifications

How I work

What this service looks like in practice

  1. 1

From small automations to full systems

We start wherever it makes sense: sometimes that is one simple automation, sometimes a complete custom system.

  2. 2

    Tools chosen for real needs

I do not propose a system you will grow into someday. I match the solution to the scale of the company and the budget.

  3. 3

    ONEXO behind larger rollouts

Larger systems and integrations are built by my development team at ONEXO, while you keep a single point of contact.

Who it is for

This service is for you if

  • Companies losing time on manual, repetitive tasks.
  • Companies using many tools that do not talk to each other.
  • Companies that need a system matched to an unusual process.

FAQ

The questions I hear most often

How do you automate processes in a small or mid-sized company?

It usually starts with mapping one process, the most time-consuming one, and checking which parts can be connected or automated without building an entire system from scratch.

Do I need a custom system straight away?

Not always. Often a well-organised automation between existing tools is enough. A custom system makes sense when the process is specific enough that off-the-shelf tools cannot handle it.

Let us talk about whether and how it is worth building.
